Hello again, hope you are having a fun summer. Mood Shift is developing nicely and I am so grateful to Z and W for allowing me the opportunity to enjoy and grow music and song.

Just finished a great summer of acting and singing. Now I am diligently working on my new counseling practice and enjoying the trio which is called "Mood Shift". It is made up of Duane Zanotellie(sax), Walter Ingram(bass), and me(vocals and piano). Love the sound that we are growing into and hope you get a chance to hear us sometime. Happy fall ya'll.

It is exciting to anticipate the new and wonderful summer ahead. I am a bit freaked right now, because there is much to prepare for it to be a lot of fun. Hope your looking forward to a good summer. Today was an emotionally challenging day for me, but my hope for you is that you are ending a good day.

It is starting to get profoundly fun here in Trinidad. Three major new projects.
1. I am starting a private counseling practice.
2. Z, Walter, and I are starting an amazing trio.
3. I am acting for SCRT in Crimes of the Heart.
My creative self is dancing for joy.

2008 was an incredible year for my family and me. We are in this transitional time with the rest of the world and transition is very busy on many levels. We have a beautiful new grandson whose name is Gavin Leo. I will try to get his picture on soon. My mother-in-law transitioned off the planet in June. Knowing her was and is a great gift in my life. Hope you are doing well and that you find your balance often. That is my goal.

We are enjoying our new old home and life in Trinidad. It is so beautiful and it is great to connect with friends and family. Hope you are having a good summer.

Big changes in our home. Mike and I are moving to Trinidad Colorado this spring. We are both excited to be closer to our family and friends.

Ben Brown and I have rehearsing our new duo this fall. We are looking forward to a great time entertaining on Nov. 30th at the LHS Christmas party.

It sure was a lot of fun in downtown Fort Collins on Friday December 1st. The Stonehouse Grill was a beautiful setting for the LHS staff party. I am so glad to be included in this and to get the chance to jam with Jim Kristoff.

Wow. What a great time we had at Cy and Vanessa's. It was so nice to spend time with my family. Mike has some great pics on his web page. Things are coming together nicely for LHS Staff Party this friday. Happy Holidays
