Janna Houston
I am a mix of counselor and singer/songwriter. My career, which I love, is as a counselor and music heals my soul.
I started singing in church choirs in north Texas around the age of seven. My teens and twenty's included solo work, singing in female harmony groups, and being a member of jazz and classic rock bands
Love came into my life and I was married to Mike Tranter on July 1st, 2005. My wonderful husband and I moved back to Colorado in June 2006. Mike is a finance director by day and an amazing photographer the rest of the time. Check out his web page. www.miketranter.com
My son Kelly is working and living in Pueblo. My daughter Mindy and her husband Heith blessed us with Zane on May 18,2007. Cy, Vanessa, and Hannah are in Pueblo. My step son, Michael, is at Fort Morgan High. I feel very lucky to have such a loving family.
My music is my therapy. I love to sing and write. My ulitmate goal is to have successful, professional artists sing my songs. If you know any, please pass my songs to them.
